NO swimming is permitted when lifeguards are not on duty!

Welcome to Howard Park and Beach, where you can spend a beautiful day outdoors. Our location boasts two well-maintained playgrounds, a small basketball court, and an exclusive pavilion for your events. Our beachfront area is perfect for a refreshing swim while enjoying the stunning view. We also have a fully equipped bathhouse with changing facilities, showers, and restrooms for your comfort. Come and enjoy the nature, relaxation, and entertainment we have in store for you.

The Beach Pavilion is available for reunions, birthday parties, and weddings. To book the pavilion, contact the Town Clerk at 315-388-5629 during regular business hours.

Pavilion Fees:  Residents:  $50/Non-Residents:  $75 non-refundable fee
Rentals also require a $100 refundable deposit, which is returned when your event is done, the pavilion is cleaned up, trash is in receptacles, and there is no damage to the property.
