Wreaths Across America – Tracy Putney, American Legion Post 420 Auxiliary is organizing this program.  It involves placing a wreath on every veteran’s grave in Waddington, with over 400 graves across multiple cemeteries. Each wreath cost $17. Wreaths are made in Maine by a veteran group.
