The Village of Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 18, 2022 @ 10 AM in the Municipal Building, 48 Maple St.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from TBB River Rd LLC to construct a 20’ x 16’ addition to the existing building located @ 19 Main Street, Waddington, tax map #21.024-4-14.
The construction will require an area variance as the proposed addition will be built within 12’ of the existing rear property line.
