Village of Waddington Planning Board Meeting

The Village of Waddington Planning Board will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 21, 2022 @ 6PM in the Municipal Building, 48 Maple St.


The purpose of the meeting will be to consider a subdivision of a parcel located at 34 Fenton St, tax map #21.032-4-15, owned by the Village of Waddington.


The divided parcel will be 110’ x 165’. The 65’ removed from this parcel will be joined with the adjoining parcel 21.032-4-14, 129 Lincoln Ave, owned by the Village of Waddington. This parcel will be 155’ x 165’.
