Town of Waddington Reassessment Postponed

The Town of Waddington reassessment has been postponed until Spring of 2026. The reassessment roll was scheduled to be released for March 1, 2025, but will be delayed to allow the assessor more time to finalize the new assessed values. A tentative roll will be filed for May 1, 2025 as it would be in any normal assessment cycle year. There will be a public informational session held on Thursday, February 27 at 7:00 P.M. at the Old Town Hall to discuss the new schedule.
