📃Legal Notice: Town Budget

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the preliminary budget of the Town of Waddington for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, has been filed in the office of the Town Clerk in Waddington, N.Y. where it is available for inspection by any interested persons during regular business hours.

 

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Waddington will meet and review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing at 7:10 PM on the 3rd of November 2025 in the Municipal Building, 48 Maple St, Waddington, and that at such hearing any interested person may be heard in favor of or against any item or items therein contained.

 

PURSUANT to Section 113 of the Town Law the proposed salaries of the following Town Offices are hereby specified:

            Town Supervisor                     $11,140.00

            Town Justice                             14,912.00

            Town Councilman                       3,278.00

            Town Clerk                               34,232.00

            Highway Superintendent          61,800.00
